If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, unused machines in "new" condition with all original packaging and materials may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, less restocking and shipping fees. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an RMA# and return instructions.
All returns will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Additional fees will apply for returns that do not include original packaging, parts or materials, or are otherwise not in unused "new" condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (including reimbursement of original shipping cost and return shipping costs) .Strict limit of one machine may be returned per customer. We are unable to accept returns for international orders. Return policy covers machines only, we are unable to accept returns or offer refund for food products (including chocolate & skewers).
Customer Return / Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of order.
All returns will be inspected. We reserve the right to determine the condition of the return at our discretion to calculate the final restocking fee. Machines showing signs of use, unusual wear & tear, misuse or damage may be refused. Serial numbers on machines will be verified, return will be refused if serial number on return does not match serial number of machine purchased. Returns without an RMA# may be refused. If return is refused for any reason, buyer is responsible to arrange return shipping to get the machine back.
Return Process for EXCHANGE or REFUND
The buyer must contact us
within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange or refund
We will provide an RMA # and return shipping instructions
The buyer must ship the return back at their cost (with tracking & insurance)
The return must include RMA # and all original packaging, parts and materials
The return will be inspected upon receipt and final restocking fee will be calculated
Exchange or refund will be issued less the cost of restocking fee and original shipping
Exchange Process for DAMAGED machines
If you receive a damaged machine, please contact us
within 3 days of receipt to start the insurance claim process. Please keep ALL original packaging materials for inspection and please keep the machine and materials at the delivery location.
Once notified we will immediately contact the carrier to start the claim process. The carrier will return to the delivery location to collect the unit for inspection. Once the carrier has collected the damaged unit a replacement will be sent!
Exchange Process for DEFECTIVE machines
All machines are thoroughly checked and tested before shipment. If you receive a defective machine, please contact us
within 7 days of receipt for exchange or warranty service.
All of our machines are covered by full manufacturer's parts & labor warranty. If you purchased a machine from us and it requires warranty service, please contact us and we will happily assist you with the warranty service process.
Request to cancel or change an order
To ensure prompt shipment, your order starts being processed as soon as it is placed! For this reason it is very difficult to cancel or change an order after it has been placed. If you just placed the order and wish to cancel or change, please contact us
immediately to request a change or cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it can be done. If we are able to cancel or change your order a 5% processing fee will apply.
Under no circumstances can an order be changed or canceled once any part of the order has shipped.
